What equipment can the £250 voucher be used for?
It can be redeemed for any equipment in the LTA Youth Schools collection here. Your Voucher Code will only apply the discount to products added to the shopping cart directly from this page, but you can add any equipment to your order from elsewhere on the Zsig website at your own cost.

The shopping cart says my code isn't valid.
Check the instructions above. If the error message says that your code has already been used, email it over to Zsig (info@zsig.com) and we'll check it for you.

Can I use the LTA Voucher Code with a Purchase Order?
No. This is an online only discount code, although Zsig is happy to receive school orders for payment on invoice otherwise.

Delivery address. 
Please note that we only deliver LTA Voucher Code orders directly to the school. You must give us a school address for delivery. 

Will I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs £5.99 (VAT inclusive) to all UK addresses if your order value is less than £100 (VAT inclusive) after the £250 voucher code has been deducted.

Can I get free shipping?
If you're buying more equipment at the same time and the final cart value after discounts is over £100 (Vat inclusive), free shipping will kick in. Otherwise, there is a (subsidised) shipping charge of £5.99.

Will I get a receipt?
We email a receipted invoice for your order the same day it is despatched, to the email address you provide with your billing address.

When will my order arrive?
We ship on a next-day courier service, so expect it the next day after you receive an email from Zsig telling you that we've packed your order.
We ship LTA voucher orders to school addresses in term time only. For exceptions, call Zsig.

NB. Priority Shipping for urgent orders is available.

Some points to note:

• This is a one-time-only code, and exclusive to your school
• The Voucher Code only applies to equipment on this LTA Schools page
• The Voucher Code can't be split between different transactions, and it won't give change!
• You can order as much equipment as you like from this page - there's no limit. The Voucher Code will reduce your cart total by £250 (VAT inclusive)
• You can also add products from anywhere on the Zsig website. However, your Voucher Code will only apply to equipment on this page.
• Free Shipping automatically kicks in when a final cart total is over £100. Your voucher reduces the final cart value by £250. In many cases, the value of your final cart will be £0.
