Where are you based?
We have a warehouse, manufacturing outfit and offices in Stockport, Cheshire. We're lucky that we're central for distribution, but we're actually based on a very lovely country park with an ancient chapel. Office dogs are happily accommodated.
You're not answering the phone and it's Saturday!
We let all worker elves home for the weekend, and we aren't a shop. But leave us a voicemail, and we'll answer it cheerily on Monday. Or email us as much detail as you can, and we'll be right back with answers.
Can I pick up my order?
Of course, but we can save you the trouble by delivering it free, if your order's over £100. If you'd like to call in and pick up, give us a shout first on 0161 484 5000.
Why isn’t the payment page accepting my card?
We’re not sure. Usually the issue is with your own bank. If your card is one of those we state we accept and you feel there is no reason why yours shouldn't be accepted, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help.
Can I buy for a school or club on invoice?
Yes, and you can order online. Get in touch for account approval and we'll give you access and full details. Payment terms are on 30 day invoice. Please note that this is an option for registered UK educational establishments only.
I ordered the wrong equipment! What should I do?
Worry not. We will sort it. We need it back in unused condition, so keep hold of the packaging and contact us within 7 days. Often the equipment is heavy, so we need to advise on the best returns procedure, but we can turn things round very quickly.
I'd like to take advantage of your repair service for my net system. What should I do?
Call us. Tell us how many frames, what size frames, and what needs fixing. We'll advise the best way to proceed.
Why did my tennis goods arrive in a wine box?
We pack everything securely, but we use recycled cardboard where possible. Larger items and sets of equipment are packed in custom-made boxes, but smaller items may arrive in recycled packaging.
I'd like to talk about options for providing coaching equipment.
