Choose Priority Delivery before 1pm, and we'll boost your order to the top of the list, prioritise packing and ship the same day (next working day if you place the order at a weekend). We'll contact you if there are any stock issues.

Please note that delivery times and transit times still apply. Highlands, Islands & outlying areas will take an extra day.

If you're placing an urgent order internationally or late in the day for the following day, please call us! We're happy to run around, but our couriers collect around 4pm and we need time to process an order.

Taxes & Duties

You are responsible for any sales tax or customs duties applied in your country of residence. You will be contacted by the courier.

EU & Brexit

Please note: we do not collect VAT on orders to the EU.

Items made by us in the UK are Duty Free to the EU, and other Customs Duties are very small - generally less than 3%.

The courier collecting the taxes will charge an administration fee of around 14 Euros.

Please note that these charges are levied by your own country of residence, and not us.

Please also note that if you refuse delivery and your order is returned to us, we will refund you minus any charges we have been billed by the courier for the return.

Our Couriers

Our equipment can be large and light (think a carton of sponge balls, which is volumetrically heavy from a courier's point of view), and some is simply heavy. We work with couriers who allow us to offer the best rates with a high level of service.

United Kingdom

We ship to most areas in the UK with UPS, but smaller parcels may ship with APC or Royal Mail.

International

We use UPS and DHL.

You will see service and courier options in the checkout. We use direct carrier calculated rates based on our negotiated discounts, your location and the volumetric weight of your order.

UPS Express

Europe: Next business day delivery as early as 10.30 am and typically by 12.00 noon to most business addresses in Europe.

US/Canada: Second business day delivery by 10.30 am, 12.00 noon or 2.00 pm to most business addresses in the US and major business areas in Canada.

Asia: Time-definite delivery in 2 to 3 business days by 12.00 noon or 2.00pm to most business areas in Asia.

UPS Express Saver: 1-3 days

Europe: Next business day delivery during the day to most European business areas.

US/Canada: End of second business day delivery to most business areas in the US and all major business areas in Canada.

Asia: Delivery during the day within 2 to 3 business days.

UPS Standard: 2-5 days

Economical road service available within the EU and to Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-6 days

Day-definite service to destinations outside the EU, Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland.

DHL Express Worldwide: 1-4 days

1 day to EU destinations. 2 days to most international destinations including, for example, Bahrain, Qatar, Taiwan, Japan, Kenya. 3 days to Australia. 4 days to New Zealand.

DHL Economy Select: 2-5 days

Economical road service available within the EU and to Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland. Greece selected postcodes only.

Failed deliveries and tracking

Notifications - such as delivery attempts, missed deliveries being left at an access point, your parcel's journey - will be on the tracking. You also have options to change delivery date and location.

If there are three failed delivery attempts, the courier may return parcels back to Zsig which we incur a charge. Returned to sender orders are refunded, minus any shipping charges.

Shipping large international orders

You're welcome to ask us if we can quote separately for shipping large international orders. Sometimes we can improve rates by clever packing.

    FAQ

    How will I know when my order has been shipped?

    You'll receive an email from us when your order is packed ready for courier collection, and an email from the courier with a live tracking link. There's a further email once the order leaves us, and if you have an online Zsig account it will be updated with tracking and delivery information.

    Please keep an eye on the tracking. After a failed delivery, smaller parcels may be left at a collection point. You also have options to edit your delivery date and location if you're not going to be at home.

    How quickly do we ship after we receive your order?

    We're pretty good at getting orders out the same or next business day where items are in stock, other than in really busy periods. April, May and June are understandably busy.

    Let us know if you would like us to hold on to your order for delivery on or after a specific date. We ship school orders during term time only unless instructed otherwise.
