Zsig ships across the UK and the world! International rates are calculated at the checkout, with worldwide Express and Expedited options available.
Once your order has been packed, you'll receive an email from us confirming that it's labelled and ready for collection. Once the order is scanned into their system, you'll receive tracking directly from the courier.
Tracking will allow you to control delivery of your order if required, by amending the date, address or nominating a safe place.
WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE? Our equipment can be large and light (think a carton of sponge balls, which is volumetrically heavy from a courier's point of view), and some is simply heavy. We work with couriers who allow us to offer the best rates with a high level of service. And accept our very large boxes!
We use FedEx, UPS, and DHL international.

UK Deliveries (mainland)
STANDARD DELIVERY costs £6.99, irrespective of parcel weight or number of boxes.
FREE DELIVERY for orders over £100 (exVAT)
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? Orders should arrive within 2 days of despatch., next day after despatch to most postcodes. We use FedEx Priority and UPS Standard, which are next-day courier services. Most domestic orders ship with FedEx. Very small parcels ship with Royal Mail.
We estimate most orders are delivered wiithin 2-4 days of receiving your order.
School orders are not normally delivered during school holidays unless you have made specific arrangements.

Priority Delivery orders leap to the top of the warehouse picking and packing list. Our couriers are collecting from 2.30pm these days, and orders can be large, so please give us time. A realistic cut-off time currently is around 12.30p.m. for same-day shipping, but call us if it's urgent - we're happy to try.
We'll contact you if there are stock issues.
Please note that delivery times and transit times still apply. Highlands, Islands & outlying areas will take an extra day.

Europe (inc. Ireland) and International
Rates are calculated at the checkout (UPS / FedEx / DHL). We use carrier calculated rates and rates come directly from the courier based on the weight and volumetric weight of your order.
Taxes & Duties - International orders
You are responsible for any sales tax or customs duties applied in your country of residence. You will be contacted by the courier.
EU ORDERS please note: we do not collect SALES TAX on orders to the EU.
Items made by us in the UK are Duty Free to the EU, and other Customs Duties are very small - generally less than 3%. Sales tax is determined by your country rates.
Payment is currently via the courier, with a payment link usually avaialble via the tracking link. The courier will levy an admin charge (around 15 EUR).
Please also note that if you refuse an order at the point of delivery and your order is returned to us, we will refund you , but must deduct any charges we have been billed by the courier for the return.

US ORDERS we have now suspended shipping to the US following recent import duty changes, but are happy to ship by FedEx ior UPS f you can provide your own account number for the payment of any import taxes. Please contact us for more information.

FAQ
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You'll receive an email from us when your order is packed ready for courier collection, and an email from the courier with a live tracking link. There's a further email once the order leaves us, and if you have an online Zsig account it will be updated with tracking and delivery information.
Please keep an eye on the tracking. After a failed delivery, smaller parcels may be left at a collection point. You also have options to edit your delivery date and location if you're not going to be at home.
How quickly do we ship after we receive your order?
We're pretty good at getting orders out the same or next business day where items are in stock, other than in really busy periods. April, May and June are understandably busy.
Let us know if you would like us to hold on to your order for delivery on or after a specific date. We ship school orders during term time only unless instructed otherwise.
