We reserve the right to modify the Website Terms at any time by displaying amended terms on this website. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms when you next use this online shop, so we recommend you revisit regularly. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not afftect that order, unless we are required to make the change by law.

We use your email address to acknowledge your order, confirm payment, issue any invoices or delivery notes and otherwise pass on any information necessary to completing your purchase.
As is standard, in order to move through the pages of the Website and add products to the shopping cart, cookies - non-executable text files - must be enabled in your browser.
Your purchase, and terms of sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to Zsig's Website Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Despatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantee or representations made as to delivery times may be subject to delays outside our control for which we cannot be held responsible.
In order to purchase from this Website, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all details you privide to us are accurate, that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Acceptance of your order
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order and order details. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract betweeen us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you have ordered have been despatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email at the time of despatch will be included in the contract formed.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- there is insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- one or more of the goods you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price
- you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions
- we are unable to obtain payment authorisation
Pricing
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT except where stated otherwise. Delivery costs are additional, and clearly displayed where applicable in the 'Total Cost'.
Payment and Security
Secure payment can be made by credit or debit card as advertised on the Website. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit or debit card to use it. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Zsig Sports or there is a delay in in so doing, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit and debit card transactions on this Website are processed using SagePay, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We do not receive your credit or debit card information, and credit or debit card details are not stored online for your protection.
Discount codes
Discount codes may from time to time be offered. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

Insurance
Zsig insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased good (the risk of loss or damage) passes to you.
Title
Zsig shall retain title to ownership of the goods until we have received payment in full for all sums due for the goods.

The Content of this Website is wholly owned by Zsig Sports Ltd, and protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. 'Content' is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, product designs, logos or text on this Website. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial or other use any of the materials or content on this Website without written permission from Zsig Sports Limited. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose. No licence is granted to you in these terms and Conditions to use any trademark of Zsig Sports Limited.

This Website is provided by Zsig Sports Limited (Registered in England No. 2362744 and VAT Reg. No. 527 5677 14).
This Website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
